Good day folks,
I am currently in the process of being released and I will require a Medical Examination. I inquired to get a soft copy of the CF 2017 but it is unavailable.
I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to scan one in (PDF), only pages one and two and sent it to me. If this is not possible, then can someone fax me over a copy.
I would try to get one a LP, but I am banned from there lol..
