Largest gun related deaths in Canada are by suicide. Only way to tackle it is through education I believe. But on the positive side the number is coming down, maybe due to the CFSC/CRFSC. I'm just new to this whole debate though.

Because I keep my weight workouts segregated to specific muscle groups they have the time to recover between workouts. The anaerobic and aerobic work does not interfere with this either. The hard part is just keeping up the calorie consumption and getting enough sleep.
But no one is infallible...
My training 'cycles' on Friday, which is why this will start on a Friday.
Friday: Weights - chest/back
Saturday: Weights legs/shoulders
Sunday: Aerobic - swim
Weights - core/arms
Monday: Weights - chest/back
Tuesday: Morning, Anaerobic - run

Triathletes do a lot of training like this, usually called a 'brick workout'. I gave Google a shot with "triathlon training brick workouts" came up with a lot of results.
A nice clarification on what you mean by "got this pick" would be incredible. Clearing that up would be excellent.
Did your CFAT score qualify you for the two but not MP? Or were you 'merit listed' for two but not the other?
