Hey, I have 2 question about the upcoming BMQ, I was reading online that we have to pay 425$ for rations and quarters, may I put the money in my income taxes ? Also, our salary according to forces.ca is 31,488 a year and 2,624 a month, but is this after taxes or before? Thanks.

So I'm heading to bmq in January and I plan to buy a second pair of glasses just in case my first one are damaged during exercises. My question is, will the Canadian Forces pay a percentage of my glasses bill? If yes, at what point? After finishing BMQ + MOC ?or  right after enrollment? Thanks.

Sorry for double post, but you could also try this, do max push up you can do in CF form, then go wider and do a couple more, and go wider and more push ups till you can't at all.

Do some weight lifting with your triceps, it'll help get your push up count higher, me too at first I was maxed out at 20 , but recently I've come to learn it all mental, if you think you are tired, you might not be tired at all, just keep going down till you actually cant lift at all, also...
