    At NATO summit presser Anand made clear no immediate increase in CAF presence for Latvia--1,400 personnel mentioned is total of those now committed to Op REASSURANCE including RCAF and RCAF. Did say we would be increasing numbers in Latvia (when?). Also said increasing eFP Latvia to brigade...
