That's what I'm using now, but they're cloth band.

My faithful beret has finally seen its day and now I need a new beret, but all I can find in the Oromocto area are green berets with cloth bands!  Does anybody know where I can find myself a nice leather one?

Is a college education given any special consideration by the military?  Everything regarding education talks about university degrees and I haven't noticed any mention of college (Other than RMC which is a university).  Is a diploma from college just viewed as a slightly extended highschool...
