I did see this: http://army.ca/forums/threads/16014.0 It does say you can I am wondering is it still the same even this was in 2003 : "Professional References[/b]: These persons are former or current co-workers or employers." So Former Co-Workers would be accepted as references?

Are you allowed to use former co-workers as a Professional Reference? I am getting conflicting answers here.
