Im on my DP1 infantry course right now and there are more then a few with either university degrees or university experience such as myself. You will fit in just fine.
You can bring them and lock them up. Or wait till your first weekend off. Regardless, you will be shot on sight if you are seen rocking out during your first 4 weeks.
I'm on my first weekend leave from Borden BMQ. as it was said earlier just do what you are told. don't look for ways to stand out. You don't want them to know your name. In regards to physical training. Don't worry about pumping iron. Just make sure you running almost every day. And do tons of...
This protest is driving me crazy. I live in Hamilton and it is hijacking my quality television every half hour. I think the natives are just pushing the envelope once again. If they believe in this protest then why are they masking their face? Growing up in Saskatchewan i have seen my fair share...
Sounds like a blast! Maybe i wouldve stuck with cubs if we got to do cool stuff like that. The best thing we did was ride tubes behind snowmobiles. Have a great time Ayates and good luck

i guess i have not been training hard enough, but i did do that method of the 10 second rest between each set and it did work. I'm up to 25 now so I'm feeling alittle more confident for basic. I used the same tactic with my chinups and pullups and the results have been very satisfying.
i might as well give 2 thumbs up for the running room aswell. I showed up, took my socks shoes off. The guy checked my feet out and recomended several shoes. we started talking and he even gave me the military discount before i swore in. I ended up with the Mizunos.
great experience and ill...

The paper work took us over 2 hour to fill out but after that it was smooth sailing.
Feels good to be part of the team now.
10 people were enrolled at CFRC hamilton. each person seemed to bring a mother and a father. so yah about 30 people where in the room. Plus the NCO leading us through the paper work, and the major.
