    you could bring 2 pair of shoes too. One for rainy days. Some people say that you dont really have space for a second pair. But I would take a chance, since theres nothing worst than running in wet shoes!

    I would suggest to run with a powervest. Something arround 25-30 pounds. It will get you used to the long runs with all your equipement. I run up a 30 degree angle hill with a 25 pounds vest 3 times a week for about 30 min. When you go on a flat surface, you feel the difference, its much easier!

    Ive finaly got a hold of my file and I got the information that I was merit listed last week. The recruiter on the phone told me that they were making the selection for my trade, wich is combat engineer, the 8th july. So now I just have to wait for that last phone call !
