Hey, it's been a while since I posted on here. I am just about done of my Stoker QL3 course here in Victoria and I found out I am posted to the Fredericton. I was wondering if anyone could give me some info about the ships current status and future plans? Thanks!

My platoon so far lost about 4 people to the express test, one to a diciplinary recourse and two VR's, one which happened in week 2 (he REALLY wanted to go home).

Congrats to everyone who will be on their way here to the CFLRS! I'm currently in week 11 here at the mega getting ready to head to farnham. So I'll be part of the platoon you see running around in fancy dress on the 14th. I'm more than willing to entertain questions anyone might have.

After you complete all the application processes you are then ranked onto the merit list. It is ranked on how you did on the CFAT, Interview and Academic marks, according to the Captain who recruited me. I was told that I ranked fairly high and a few days later I received an offer as a Stoker. :)

You have a service number in cadets if you've staffed at a CSTC. Being a cadet doesn't give you "first dibs" but it does look better on your application in the same way being a Scout does for the most part.

On the bright side, I've literally found the perfect way for him to not think his daughters boyfriend is a loser. ;)

Yes, you guys can enjoy your nice fresh air while I have my ears ringing off from the noise, am covered in all kinds of dirt and have to maneuver through cramped areas.  ;D Also, if the ship were ever to be struck and sunk, guess who is the first to go!  >:(
