So I was born in US but I never lived there my whole life. My recruiting officer wanted me to provide 2 references from US which I am unable to. What should I do from there?

Hi all. I would like to join the CF combat arm, preferably infantry. However, I have mild nearsightedness and serious astigmatism and I am worried that may affect my entry. Would someone give me some advice? PS: by the way, what's the requirement for the PT for male?
