Sad day for a proud ship after 45 years of service is towed out of Halifax on its way to be scrapped at Cape Breton.

Last of the Tribals 2.0. I will be very upset if there are no Tribals 3.0.

In today's political climate I doubt it.

I would hope that the RCN is reaching out to first nations as we speak to gain their approval of Tribals 3.0.

31 ships commonly referred to as Tribal class ships...this government apologizing for harm over 100 years ago last week.
Since the government feels $10 million is good for a terrorist, * 31 ships due to all the cultural appropriation and disrespect the nation show FN
multiply by the number of years in service for each ship...$500 million would be cheap to pay of any offense. Who is paying for all this?.

I guess another HMCS Cornwallis is out of the question?

And thank you for your service, old friend.

A nation salutes you.  :cdn: :salute:

p.s.: What a sad way to go for a proud warship.
